A new module for the control and management of spill incidents has been released.
The system allows the registration and tracking of spill-related incidents, where you can consult information such as:
- Date of the incident
- Location (province, region, and municipality) and geolocation using coordinates
- On-call technician
- Source of the notification
- Affected sanitation system
- Categorization by type and related subtypes
- Description of the events
- External documentation: photographs, technical documentation, and other relevant documents
This module allows you to associate or request a spill inspection at the location of the incident, as well as generate an incident report in the sanitation systems module.
In addition, you can record the complete list of actions taken.
This management can be carried out both through screens with incident reports and from a map where we can geolocate all open, monitored, and closed incidents.
