An inspection process

fully automated

Planning and scheduling of inspections

The system automatically proposes inspections for all companies based on various criteria (activity, number of sanctions, sanitation system, etc.). Inspection proposals can also be submitted manually.

This inspection proposal can be sent to the competent authority and subsequently returned with the accepted inspections via an exchange file. This file is uploaded to the application, the inspections are validated, and firm inspection orders are generated.

Execution and management of inspections

The assigned inspections are automatically grouped into batches (or assignments) by municipality. These batches are assigned to each inspector, who synchronizes the information on their laptop with the server and uploads the batches of inspections to be carried out, as well as a history for on-site consultation if needed. The inspector performs the inspection using his laptop, prints the report, and synchronizes the data again with the server to send the results. At this point, the application generates the request for laboratory analysis. The laptop synchronization process can be performed remotely via the internet.

I. Groupin inspections

The assigned inspections are grouped by batches (or orders) and by municipalities automatically.

II. Batch allocation

Inspection batches are assigned to each of the inspectors.

III. Synchronization: data loading

The inspector synchronizes the information between laptop and server, uploading the inspections to be carried out and the most relevant data of the establishments.

IV. Inspection execution

The inspector performs the inspection using a laptop and prints the report on site.

V. Synchronization: data return

The information is synchronized with the server to send the result.

VI. Request for analytics

The application generates the analytical request to the laboratory.

Follow-up

The analytical results entered from the Laboratory module are consulted (the application indicates which parameters are out of compliance), the results are sent to the establishment by email, the entire inspection report is also sent to the competent authority by email, etc. The system will then propose a sanction or requirement based on the results obtained. The technician will validate this proposal and, if applicable, generate the corresponding records in the Administrative Management system (opening the corresponding file).

Billing

The inspections carried out, along with the samples analyzed from collectors, can be invoiced to the competent authority. The system will allow us to generate a detailed invoice for each inspection based on the number of inspections performed and the samples and parameters analyzed.

Reports and queries

Exploit information in multiple ways

Reports

Pre-designed documents in PDF format with combined information from different sections.

Queries

With the powerful query generator, we can filter and choose the desired information, and export it to a spreadsheet for detailed analysis.

Pollution Incident Management

Locate potential sources of a spill in seconds

Industries are associated with a point in the sewer network, which, in turn, can be parameterized by specifying its route. This allows you to consult, at a specific point in the network, the establishments located upstream, and to filter by analytical parameters (specifying limits if necessary) or raw materials used.

Discharge permits

100% digital: from application to renewal

Online procedure

Industries can apply for a discharge permit by completing an online form that can be customized to their company’s corporate image.

Application Management

Using the application filter, you can view pending applications and their status.

Approve or reject the application, informing the industry of any incorrect documentation.

  • Application for a discharge permit through an online process 25% 25%
  • Authorization tracking 50% 50%
  • Acceptance or denial of permission 75% 75%
  • Monitoring expiry dates and renewals 100% 100%

Permit assignment

Once approved, link the permit to an existing industry in the census or create a new one automatically.

Time tracking

Track your dumping permits, instantly knowing which ones are about to expire, and inform the relevant parties with just one click.

GIS Maps and Integration with Third-Party Maps

View your information in a user-friendly, graphical way

Both industrial facilities and the sewer network can be visualized on a layer with a multi-provider map, providing an overview of the area.
