Keep your team’s training needs up to date
The staff training module allows you to manage all aspects related to the courses your team will take. It is divided into 4 sections:
- Training Needs, where employees can suggest interesting courses or activities, providing basic information. If the training need is approved, it moves to the
- Annual Training Plan, where more detailed information about the activity will be provided. If the Training Plan is approved, we will transfer it to the
- Course section, where we will manage all the activities that our company’s staff will ultimately carry out.
- Finally, we will be able to manage the entire training history of our employees, where we can check the training status of each member of our team: completed courses and courses yet to be completed.
System Incident Management
Monitor the status of your debugging systems
gica0 allows you to register, notify, and monitor any incident in a system.
General incident details can be sent to designated users so they can take the appropriate action.
Incident tracking allows you to monitor received and issued notifications, attaching the necessary documents.
Finally, you can specify the actions taken to close and resolve the incident.
Non conformities
In line with ISO
One of the requirements for obtaining quality certifications is the management of non conformities, or failures to meet a system requirement, whether specified or not.
From this module, we can register them, associate them with any department, and track them until they are closed.
We can notify the responsible users and those in charge of approving the nonconformity by email, as well as export it in individual reports or filtered lists.
System Parameter Quality Index
Set goals, meet them, and improve every day
By establishing target compliance values for analytical quality parameters, we can generate reports comparing actual values with the set value. Target values can vary depending on the date, allowing us to be increasingly demanding of our indices.
Result reports can be generated in PDF format with monthly and annual information.
Linking this module with an external maintenance program will also allow us to generate maintenance indicators.
Document Management
Distributed and Organized Information
Easily share and distribute documents with people in your organization and check their status in real time.
Organize them by department and assign them a security level in accordance with the LOPD-GDD (Spanish Data Protection Law).
Classify the document type and associate it with an area of impact.
Track revision dates and detail the changes made in each revision.
Notify those affected of the need for document review and set deadlines.
