COPATE joins the GICA0 user community

COPATE, Consorci de Polítiques Ambientals de les Terres de l’Ebre, is implementing GICA0 in the areas of the Baix Ebre and Montsià County Councils, specifically the Wastewater Discharge Control module and the Wastewater Treatment Plant Management module.
