Plants data capture and centralization
Manual, automatic, or calculated: the data arrives
The essential premise for the operation of wastewater treatment plant management is obtaining the data we need to process.

How to control non-compliance?
Controlling the limits
Sometimes it is necessary to control the maximum or minimum limits of certain parameters for those awarded the plant’s operating license.
Filtering parameters
For these cases, gica0 allows filtering those parameters that have exceeded the limit set by the user.
Listing reports
This data can be listed in a non-conformity report and, where applicable, generate the report with the sanctions applied to the plant operator.
Calculation of penalties
These penalties are calculated in proportion to the operator’s turnover and according to a setting of conditions defined in each contract.
Economic monitoring
Plan your WWTP and monitor its progress
Prices
Budget
Reports and invoices
Also generate the system’s monthly operating invoices, based on the established prices for each parameter, the actual data obtained, and the data defined in the system maintenance contract (such as VAT, etc.).
Replacement, Improvement, and New Investment Plan
Plan the future improvements of your wastewater treatment plants
With the replacement, improvement, and new investment plan, we can control the planning and monitoring of the actions planned for each system.
We can create a future action plan for the coming years, indicating the dates and projected budgets, as well as track their progress if they are implemented.
In the action sheet, we can include general information, budget details, calculate the IRR, etc.
Several reports in PDF format will allow us to extract the information we need.
Tanker Truck Entry Management
Control Tanker Truck Discharges from Request to Execution
Tanker truck entry to a plant can be controlled from a single screen. When using the industrial discharge control module, you can specify tanker truck discharge permits for a company or person. This way, when the tanker truck arrives at the plant, the receiving personnel can check in real time whether both the sludge producer and the transporter are authorized to discharge by tanker truck. From here, you can also view a history of tanker truck deliveries from a transporter or producer.
Plant Waste Management
This simple module allows you to register all waste leaving a plant, specifying the waste manager, the transporter, the origin, and the quantity. Since this module is linked to periodic reports, you can generate various reports with the waste information. The data can be exported to a spreadsheet, grouped by manager or by system.
Composting Management
Similar to the previous section, this simple screen will allow us to register the entire volume of compost generated at the plant, as well as export spreadsheet reports.
Document Management of Systems
Each system allows you to link any type of document/computer file to a specific system. This facilitates sharing documentation among program users and keeps it organized. Reports generated by the program can be automatically saved in this space.
